Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by our system, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn footwear in the original shoe box and package it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
